The Masterclass programme is based at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and was set up in 1998 to provide young people with the chance to learn from and be inspired by the leading actors, directors, writers and producers in theatre today. A year-round programme of workshops, talks, events and projects are all provided free of charge for people aged 17-30yrs.

The programme is in a period of challenging and exciting development as it heads for its 10th anniversary, with more opportunities than the existing team can facilitate. We need to be able to accept and capitalise on these opportunities, whilst maintaining our core programme of work.

We are looking for someone to join our team, working on a freelance basis and supporting a variety of needs at the programme. This will include sharing a lead role as you work on and develop existing creative/education projects, playing a key role in organisational development endeavours and coordinating fundraising-related high-profile events.

Payment will be in the region of 18,200 pa pro rata. We estimate an average of 2 days a week over the next 6 months and hope that this will develop in to a permanent position.
